The Fédération du personnel de soutien scolaire (FPSS-CSQ) would like to thank the school support staff working in our establishments. Many are welcoming the children of healthcare workers and making sure services are provided.
Daycare educators and technicians, and special education technicians are taking care of these children. Others, such as janitors, school secretaries, administrative staff, resource people, tech workers and labourers are working in schools and centers to keep everything running.
The FPSS-CSQ is well aware of what you are doing to mitigate the effects of the pandemic.
Many school boards are actively collaborating with local unions to find solutions to the many problems cropping up. We would like to acknowledge the quality of the efforts being made by our affiliated unions. The exceptional situation we find ourselves in is demanding exceptional commitment.
